The core of Cool it Art’s work is free after school art classes for children aged 3-12 as well as their programme for adults – “Young at Art” focusing on helping to reduce the risk of isolation through weekly art sessions.
Since it was founded in 2013, by Amanda Callis, an alumnae of City & Guilds of London Art School and a Community Artist in her own right, Cool it Art has run over 60 projects from pop up art schools to mural projects, animations to in-store workshops at GreatArt’s Shoreditch store.
Cool it Art’s creative workshops for children and families have become a firm favourite with our London store customers and we look forward to hosting their ‘Month of Makes’ in May this year.
Cool it Art also creates free teaching packs which you can use from the comfort of your own home!
