To mark International Women’s Day, and celebrate the countless achievements of women around the world, Trapped in Zone One are hosting a ‘Just Type’ workshop at We Built This City on Carnaby Street with type artist Lana Hughes, in aid of Young Women’s Trust.
Young Women’s Trust are a not-for profit charity supporting women young struggling to live on low or no pay in England and Wales and who are at risk of being trapped in poverty. In this workshop Lana will guide you in creating a unique type slogan artwork based on the theme of International Women’s Day over a 3 step process of sketch, fill and outline using Posca markers.
This workshop has a maximum capacity of 10 people and is open to all ages and we advise to all attendees to arrive early and stay for the full duration to experience the full workshop process.
All the materials are provided, all we ask you to bring is your creativity! Book your space through Eventbrite.
