Seduced By Art – Glass Painting Workshop
On Saturday 13th May Seduced by Art artists will be running two free 2 hour Glass* Painting workshops. The sessions will run from 12:00 to 14:30 and then 14:30 to 16:30
You will be taken through the process of building up a layered image on a clear piece of acrylic using pen and acrylic paint, using a picture as a reference.
The artists will guide you through the steps as you progress. You will be able to work at a pace that suits you over the two hours as they will be on hand to advise throughout the workshop.
All materials will be provided – pens, paint, picture frame and choice of images to work from.
At the end of the session you may take away the picture you have created in its frame for free!
You may wish to bring an image with you on the day – a photo of someone is a good option – if you are able to reverse the image that will ensure your final picture is the correct way round when painting is complete.
*in the interests of health and safety, glass in the picture frames will be substituted with acrylic which has a similar effect, as it is a safer option in a public space 🙂
