  2. Always happy with the products and delivery. And in case of any queries fast response to emails via contact form. Sometimes would appreciate a more comprehensive product description e.g. of paints. Thanks for the great service!

    I would love to use your online shop but, as a resident of Ireland, I can’t have products posted to me from your UK site. I have to use the German site. I find it inscrutable. What chance that you might change this policy of not posting to Ireland?????

  4. I want to say how much I enjoy painting on the Classico linen canvasses. The paint flws ell & the quality of the primer seems first class. Great Art have also intoduced me to many different paints as well as the canvas, for example, Old Holland, lovley rich pigment & good value for money as the paint, being so vibrant, goes a long way! I thoroughly enjoy scrolling throug the paint website, like sifting through a tube of ‘Smarties’!!

  5. Great Art is great! I love the way I’m kept up-to-date on new and current products and discounts. I buy most of my paper from them now and I’m continually recommending Great Art to friends and students as a good, reliable suppliers for arts materials.
    Only a couple of things. On two occasions when ordering materials I have been unable to use the £10 voucher rewards from previous orders. I’ve tried all the codes in the checkout process but disappointingly, no deal. But on a good note, Great Art’s delivery service and process information is amazingly quick and efficient.
    The second thing is probably out of Great Art’s control. But when I visit the site on my iPad, it’s impossible to get full production information online. I think it’s probably because iPad doesn’t support Flash.
    Otherwise, I’m very happy with Great Art’s brilliant service. Thank you!

      Many thanks for your comments, it’s nice to know we make our customers happy!

      Can I just check what information you are missing when you use your ipad? We recently optimised the website for tablet use so if there’s something we’re missing we want to improve it.

      Can I also ask which voucher codes you were using that failed? If ever you have an issue of this nature, let customer services know and they can manually apply it to you order.

    Had to phone in my order due to difficulty trying to place my order on your website. Staff very helpful but unable to make use of £10 first order voucher. Great offer on fabriano paper. I find this paper great to work with, can ltake many washes of watercolour paint, no need to stretch from 140lbs and the 300lbs will take all the abuse I subject it to. I use it for watercolour, acrylic , pencil and following use of gesso also oil paint.
